FAX Entry Number is: 410-997-7918  Credit Cards will be accepted for Fax entries up to the closing date and time. Official AKC entry forms must be used and both sides must be transmitted. A cover sheet must include: Cardholder's name, address, city, state and zip code, phone Number and e-mail address, Credit Card Number, type (Visa or MasterCard) and expiration date, a written signature on the cover letter authorizing payment of entry and fax fees, "CVV" Code (the last 3 numbers that appear in the signature area on the back of the card) and the total number of pages including the cover sheet. (There is a cover sheet available for download on the web site: http://www.clantyre.net). You may wish to call to confirm receipt of your fax, as proof of transmission is not proof of receipt (Phone: 410-997-3698).

 On-line entries made through a Superintendent may incur additional charges and cut-off time for entries made this way may be 2 days before closing date.

Entry Fees: $30 for the first entry of a dog, and each additional entry of the same dog is $20.

Raffle

The PWCCP will be offering Five (5) Individual Raffles for the 2008 Specialty. Drawing of winners will take place following the Judges’ Comments at the Specialty Banquet on Friday, April 18, 2008. You do not have to be in attendance to win. Tickets may be purchased using this form. Winners not present at the drawing will be contacted by Sunday, April 20th, to arrange pick-up of the items won. Some items offered will not be able to be shipped due to construction and/or chance of breakage. Additional information on items to follow as it becomes available.

We will have a live auction after the banquet for two framed Linda Ozelis paintings based on this year's specialty artwork.

Silent Auction
The 2008 PWCCP Specialty will again be offering the very popular Silent Auction. Items will be available for viewing and bidding during the show on Friday and at the banquet Friday evening. Items will be awarded to the highest bidders throughout the evening of the banquet. Hopefully, with your help, we will be able to top last year’s most successful Silent Auction. Please contact us if you would like to donate an item to the Silent Auction. Thanks in advance for helping us fill the auction tables with many desirable and unique items! Grooming Space
Premium grooming spaces will be available, inside the ballroom, for a nominal fee of $10 per space. Free grooming spaces will also be available, outside the ballroom. All grooming spaces will be 4’ x 6’ and MUST BE RESERVED using the RSVP page. Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Electricity will be available in all grooming areas but as always, you will need to share. Microchip & Eye Clinics
The Microchip and Eye Clinics will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2008.
Please RSVP as soon as possible to reserve your spot!
Microchip: $15.00 per dog Eye Clinic: $25.00 per dog (we need a minimum of 30 dogs!)
Dr. Robert Peiffer, Jr. has graciously agreed to be our Veterinary Ophthalmologist. (All breeds are welcome as time permits.)

Catalog Policy
If you desire a catalog at this show, please include the cost with your entry fee (check in the space provided on the entry form). Prepaid catalogs are $7.00. Marked catalogs are $12.00. The individual ordering a catalog will receive a catalog ticket with their judging schedule entitling them to pick up a catalog at the show. Catalogs may also be ordered on the RSVP page. Catalogs will be available for pickup at the Hospitality Table. NOTE: A limited number of catalogs will be available at the show at a cost of $8.00 each.
